The prospect of buying a house is a frightening one for some people.  They say, it is the single most important purchase of your entire life.  With expectations like that, it is no wonder it is approached with fear and anxiety.  And for me, that prospect was no different. My rent for a 1-bedroom apartment was being increased again.  I did not qualify for a bank mortgage loan. My divorce was almost final.  The idea of owing my own house was becoming a too-distant dream that may have never been realized.

Then I was introduced to Lorilee Linkletter by a mutual friend and was immediately made to feel comfortable and confident by her positive attitude, to not only real estate, but her overall outlook towards life.  From the start, she knew she could help.

With Lorilee’s in-depth knowledge of the Calgary market, her determination to satisfy her client’s needs and dedication in fulfilling her client’s dreams, I soon became a proud new homeowner in SE Calgary, with an assumable mortgage and a monthly payment within my budget. Just in time for Christmas.

Throughout the process, the fear and anxiety subsided and Lorilee’s confidence in knowing we would achieve the goals we set out beforehand allowed me to enjoy the thought of buying my first home.  And she made it come true.

Lorilee was recommended to us through a family member to help us sell our small house and purchase a larger one.
